Boardwalk Bowl: Family-Friendly Fun in Orlando

We recently had the opportunity to check out an exciting, family-friendly location in the East Orlando area called Boardwalk Bowl. Since we are always on the look out for great family friendly locations in the our area and we have never taken our son bowling, we thought it would be the perfect opportunity for him to experience something new.
Wide open spaces...
Boardwalk Bowl is the largest bowling center in the South Eastern US! As we walked in, we were blown away by how enormous it was with over 100,000 square feet of entertainment space. Onsite are a huge arcade area, 80 bowling lanes, lots pool tables, a full-service bar and restaurant, and TONS of events for the whole family.
A gamers paradise...
Nothing makes me happier than a good ‘ole arcade. This immersive arcade brought back memories of childhood that I had long since forgotten! Boardwalk Bowl’s arcade has over 100 games that range from race-cars and air hockey to virtual reality games. Our little man could not stop playing with all the fun games.
Brand new way to play your favorite game!
A neat feature that we loved was the Brunswick Sync System. We have gone to several bowling allies in the past, and nothing compares to this experience. It was a true collection of immersive and fun games that can be adapted for ALL ages! I mean, who doesn’t want to play Angry Birds Bowling!? You can also personalize the players profiles for scoring, tracking, rewards and e-check in (so you can always keep track of your scores).
*Bonus: When adding your players, you can choose “bumpers” for the younger kids and it will automatically pop up every-time they are up to play. Also useful for adults like me who are NOT great at bowling*
Laugh it up!
Although we were not there for the Comedy night, Boardwalk Bowl has its very own Comedy Club, BONKERS! With new comedians every week and performances every Friday and Saturday night, BONKERS Comedy Club at Boardwalk Bowl will keep you laughing. I can’t wait to come back with my friends!
Can't forget the food!
Craving something salty, sweet, or savory? Boardwalk Bowl’s got you covered with a full-kitchen and full-service bar that is sure to satisfy all your taste buds! The Brooklyn South Bar & Grill has a great selection of delicious appetizers, salads, burgers, sliders, a variety of flat breads and desserts. The Brooklyn South Bar offers beers on tap and in the bottle with domestic, import, and craft selections, and a fully stocked liquor bar. We were able to try the sample platter as well as the chicken ranch flat bread and it was delicious! Perfect for foodies of all ages! Click here for a full details on their menu.
Special Events: Fiesta Mondays
A new and exciting event that they recently added to the line-up is Fiesta Mondays! Fiesta Monday’s will feature a Live DJ playing top Latino hits so you can dance the night away! There will also be tons of food and drink specials for you all to enjoy. Oh, and the best part? A $10 All you Can Bowl + shoes bowling deal!
